Thank you for choosing ResinBloom by Kamilla! Each of our resin products is carefully handcrafted, and we take great pride in delivering unique, high-quality pieces to our customers. Please take a moment to review our return policy.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Because our items are made-to-order and often customized to your specifications, all sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Made-to-order designs

We encourage you to double-check all details, including colors, names, and design choices, before submitting your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us assist you quickly:

  • Email us at resinbloombykamilla@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will review the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Please Note:
Small imperfections such as tiny bubbles, slight variations in color, or texture are natural features of handmade resin products and are not considered defects.

Shipping Issues

While we carefully package each order, we are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost, stolen, or delayed by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

We are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.

Cancellations

We understand plans can change!
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, production will have begun and we will be unable to cancel or refund your order.
